Polygon continues to build upon its rich history of innovative composite solutions by developing unique products for the down hole oil and gas markets. We’ve worked on complex developmental projects through our Idea Center as well as more typical composite products such as bridge or frac plugs. Polygon is uniquely positioned as a fully integrated down hole composite solutions provider by being vertically integrated to produce not only the raw material constituents but also the complex and precision CNC fabrication – not a supply chain but a single source point. We are also the only composite provider that can select from numerous manufacturing techniques including:

Our expertise includes practically every fiber such as fiberglass, s-glass, carbon, Kevlar or basalt while resin solutions range from epoxy, vinyl ester and polyester even including some thermoplastics.
